Choosing a Shipping Method
KSRplayer’s wide range of products also come with a variety of shipping choices,You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. Note that if every item in your order has the Free Shipping sticker, you won't need to select shipping,Our available shipping methods are:
Super Saver Shipping--For low value goods and weight is less than 2KG. The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 7 - 30 days. The longer delivery time is necessary to offer you the lowest possible shipping fees. Please be aware that order tracking may not always be available with this option.
Hongkong/China Standard Airmail
Small orders can also be shipped inexpensively by Air Mail. This option will appear automatically in the checkout if your goods weight is less than 2KG. There is no tracking number for this shipping method.

Expedited shipping
Expedited Shipping Our fastest Door to Door option ships to all major destinations in 3 - 7 days. All Expedited Shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination.Please Note that Door-to-door delivery may not be available in certain destinations.
Express includes DHL, EMS, Fedex,UPS,TNT ,Tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order States updated to ship..
Ship with your own courier
For bulk orders we can also arrange to make the goods available at our warehouse for your own forwarder to collect, or we can offer excellent freight rates for bulk air shipment or sea freight.
Free Shipping Products
Items with the Free Shipping sticker have zero shipping costs regardless of item quantity or your location. Please note that we will automatically ship packages via Super Saver Shipping except Combining Multiple-Order.
* For orders below 30USD, the default free shipping method is Hongkong/China Standard Airmail;
* For orders of 30USD-150USD, the default free shipping method is registered Hongkong/China Registered Airmail
* For orders of 150USD+ or Free Shipping Combining Multiple-Order we choose the Fast shipping method best suited to the package size and shipping destination.
Import / Customs
Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Onsources will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when the goods enter your country: we will mark the parcel as ‘Sample’ or ‘Gift’ within low value and in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.
