1. Why doesn't the power light shine?
If not, make sure that the AC adapter or power cord is properly connected to the power connector. Make sure that the power supply is DC 5V and the current reaches 500mA.
2. Why is there no audio after connecting?
Please make sure the switch is switched to the corresponding channel.
when using ARC channels, please make sure that your TV has an HDMI (ARC) connection and turn on the ARC function of the TV (open the remote control with the remote control of the TV).
Make sure the cable is connected to the corresponding interface.
Please use an AGW26 standard HDMI 1.4 HD cable (poor quality or HDMI 1.3 version HD cable without ARC function).
3. Why is the RCA / headphone connection noise?
Please set the TV to stereo output (PCM / LPCM 2-channel output).
4. Why is there no 5.1 audio output with coaxial / SPDIF?
Set the audio format to 5.1 channels when playing on the TV.
Set the TV's fiber port to the source code output. (Different TV brands show different options.)
